What address types can be changed on "Shacom Bank" mobile App?
On "Shacom Bank" mobile App, you can change your residential and correspondence addresses. If you need to change other address types, please fill in the " Notice of Addition/ Change of Contact Details" and submit it to any branch of the Bank or visit any branch of the Bank in person.
What authentication is required to change the address on "Shacom Bank" mobile App?
To change the address on "Shacom Bank" mobile App, you need to use the Mobile Security Token (biometric authentication or security password) for authentication. Since updating address is a high-risk transaction, after registering the Mobile Security Token on "Shacom Bank" mobile App, customer is required to call the Bank's Customer Service Hotline to verify their identity in order to conduct high-risk transactions in Online.
After successfully submitting the change of address instruction on "Shacom Bank" mobile App, when will it take effect?
The address update will take effect within 2-3 working days.
Can customers who open an account via "Remote Account Opening (RAO)" change their address via "Shacom Bank" mobile App?

For customers who open an account via "Remote Account Opening":

 
  • If you have already authenticated and submitted the signature form at the branch, you can use the address change function at "Shacom Bank" mobile App.
  • If you have NOT authenticated and submitted the signature form at a branch, you will not be able to use the address change function at "Shacom Bank" mobile App.
Will I receive any notification when my bank records are updated to my new address?
An SMS notification will be sent to you after the correspondence address is successfully updated at the bank record; there will be no notification if the residential address is successfully updated.
What are the service hours for changing address via the "Shacom Bank" mobile App?
Basically, you can use this service at any time through the"Shacom Bank" mobile app, but the Bank system will be updated between 7:30 and 8:00 every night, and the service may be temporarily unavailable, please use the service outside of this period.
