Single Sign-On (SSO) Related

What is Single Sign-On (SSO) function?
The Single Sign-On (SSO) function allows you to login to "Shacom Stock" App from the logged-in "Shacom Bank" App, without re-entering their "Shacom Stock" user ID, password, or complete two-factor authentication.
What is ‘Return to Shacom Bank’(Reverse SSO) function?
The Reverse SSO function allows you to return to "Shacom Bank" App from "Shacom Stock" App without re-login. (Only applicable to customers who initially logged in to "Shacom Stock" via SSO and whose "Shacom Bank" mobile app login session remains valid.)
Am I eligible to this function?
You can use SSO and Reverse SSO if they meet all of the following:
  • "Shacom Bank" App and "Shacom Stock" App are installed on the same mobile device;
  • Successfully registered for Personal Internet Banking and Internet/Mobile Stock Trading Services;
  • "Shacom Bank" App login session remains valid when returning from "Shacom Stock".
What if my previous "Shacom Bank"mobile app login session has expired when I try to return from "Shacom Stock" mobile app?
If your previous "Shacom Bank" app login session has expired, you will be prompted to re-login upon returning to "Shacom Bank".
Can I use Reverse SSO if I login to "Shacom Stock" directly?
No. Reverse SSO is only available to customers who initially logged in to "Shacom Stock" App via SSO from "Shacom Bank" App.
Can I use a mobile browser to access "Shacom Stock" via SSO from Personal Internet Banking?
No. SSO is not supported on mobile browsers.
Why can't I see my stock account in the account list on the 'Select Shacom Stock Account' page?
This may due to the stock account not yet being enabled for online access. You can view or change your settings via Personal Internet Banking or Shacom Bank: Select "Personalize > Internet Banking > Account Settings".
Can I still login directly to "Shacom Stock" App?
Yes. You can continue to login directly to "Shacom Stock" App by entering user ID and password, and completing two-factor authentication.
Will I still receive email/SMS notifications if I login to "Shacom Stock" App via SSO?
Yes. The logon notification arrangement remains for logins to both "Shacom Bank" App and "Shacom Stock" App.
