Which currencies are included in the foreign exchange service?

Our bank offers 10 foreign currencies for exchange, including CNY, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, JPY, CHF, SGD.

Can I exchange one foreign currency for another directly?

Yes. Foreign exchange service allows you to exchange between different currencies in your foreign currency account, not just Hong Kong dollars or US dollars.

How can I check the latest exchange rates?

You may view the latest exchange rate of Hong Kong dollars to designated foreign currencies the most updated exchange rates on our bank's website. Please note that the rates are for reference only. The execution rate for each transaction will be provided for confirmation before you proceed with the exchange.

What are the service hours for foreign currency exchange?
