What type of high risk transactions does "Shacom Bank" currently support?
"Shacom Bank" currently supports "Our Bank's Credit Card Payment", "Transfer within our Bank", "Transfer to Other Local Bank (FPS) / (CHATS)", "Remit To Overseas (T/T)", "Purchase Demand Draft", "Purchase Cashier's Order", "Pay e-Bill" to High Risk Merchant", "Pay Bill (PPS) / (Jetco) to High Risk Merchant", "change (increase) transaction limit" and "register new beneficiary".
What prerequisites are required to conduct high-risk transactions in "Shacom Bank"?
Conducting high-risk transactions in "Shacom Bank" requires identity verification through Mobile Security Token (biometric authentication or security passcode). Customers are advised to register Mobile Security Token before conducting high-risk transactions. In addition, after registration / re-registration of the Mobile Security Token, customer are required to verify identity via a one-time password sent via SMS during the first-time high-risk transaction.

Note: Before conducting the first-time high risk transactions through personal internet /mobile banking, customers are required to contact our bank's customer service hotline for identity verification.
Can accounts with only physical Security Token but no registered Mobile Security Token conduct high-risk transactions in "Shacom Bank"?
No, customers must register a Mobile Security Token in "Shacom Bank" before they can conduct high-risk transactions.
It is necessary to switch to a Mobile Security Token if i-Banking account already bound to a Physical Security Token?
No, customers can directly register for a Mobile Security Token in "Shacom Bank" to cover the use of physical Security Token. If the Mobile Security Token is deregistered, the account will continue to conduct identity authentication via Physical Security Token. It is advised that customers still properly keep the Physical Security Token after registering the mobile security Token.
After registering the Mobile Security Token, can customers log in and conduct high-risk transactions using other mobile devices?
High risk transactions can only be performed on the device with registering a Mobile Security Token. If customers change devices, they are required to re-register Mobile Security Token on the new device. After registration, the Mobile Security Token on the old device will be automatically deregistered for security reasons.
Can customers conduct high-risk transactions in "Shacom Bank" if the account opened via Remote Account Opening (RAO)?
Yes. The account opening method will not affect high-risk transactions.
Failure to use biometric verification will affect the execution of high-risk transactions? / Can high risk transactions only be conducted via biometric authentication?
If biometric authentication is not available or authentication fails, customers can choose to use your 6-digit mobile security passcode to continue authentication. Provides multiple authentication methods to avoid unexpected situations where biometric authentication cannot be used (e.g. fingerprints become blurred after showering).
Is there a limit on the number of times for verifying Mobile Security Token?
After 5 failed attempts via biometric authentication or 6-digit mobile security passcode, registered Mobile Security Token will be automatically deregistered and you will be returned to the login page. Registration of Mobile Security Token is required before continue conducting high risk transactions.
