Account Information Enquiry

Our Bank has launched Phase 3 Open API that allows customers to check their own bank account informaiton through the website or mobile applications provided by third party service providers ("TSP"s) who have completed the registration and approval process with the Bank.

Bank account information available in Phase 3

Customer Type	Account Type	Available Account Information
Personal customers	- Deposit account - Credit card account	- Account Availability - Account Balance - Account Status - Account Transaction
Corporate / SME customers	- Deposit account

For TSPs who would like to allow customers to check their own bank account information, please create an account on the JETCO APIX website and subscribe to our Bank's API.

Important Notes
Shanghai Commercial Bank ("our Bank") will publish the list of authorized Third-party Service Providers on our Bank's website from time to time. In order to protect customer privacy, please do not disclose your personal information including bank details to any Third-party Service Provider applications that are not authorized by the Bank.
