What are the functions provided under [Transfer & Pay]?
[Transfer & Pay] provides the following functions:
 
  • Overseas funds transfer through TT – Telegraphic / Electronic Transfer
  • Local bank same day funds transfer through CHATS
  • Faster Payment System (FPS)
  • Demand Draft and Cashier's Order
  • Bill Payment
  • Other Customer Services
How can I register a beneficiary for the account transfers (within our bank)?
You can create the beneficiary registration request via Corporate Internet Banking (CIB): [Service > Transfer & Pay > Enquiry > Beneficiary List (Within Our Bank)]. Once approved, you can select the newly added beneficiary short name in [Beneficiary List (Within Our Bank)] and click [View > Print Registration Form]. Afterwards, submit the signed form by the administrator to any branch.
How can I register a beneficiary for the outward transfers (other bank)?
You can create the beneficiary registration request via Corporate Internet Banking (CIB): [Service > Transfer & Pay > Enquiry > Beneficiary List (Other Bank)]. Once approved, you can select the newly added beneficiary short name in [Beneficiary List (Other Bank)] and click [View > Print Registration Form]. Afterwards, submit the signed form by the administrator to any branch.
How do I modify the transfer limit for registered / non-registered beneficiary?
Administrators can use the Corporate Internet Banking (CIB): [Service > Settings > Internet Banking > Company Settings] to modify the relevant [Company Parameter], which will be updated immediately once approved; administrators can also visit the domicile branch to fill out the related forms for modification.
What is the use of TT Template?
TT Template can help you save the input data as a template and the saved TT routing information can be retrieved for future use.
Can I transfer fund to the third party account under Cash Management function?
Yes.
Would I need to register the bills account or merchant before make payment through the CIB?
No.
If I have not performed the Non-registered transfer or bill payment via Corporate Internet Banking over the past year, will the related daily transfer limit reset to zero?
The daily limit for non-registered transactions falling within the categories under (A) and (B) as below will be reset to zero if you have not performed the Non-registered transactions via Corporate Internet Banking over the past year. You can raise the limit for transactions under (A) and (B) by submitting an "Corporate Internet Banking Service Maintenance Form" to any of our branches.

(A) Fund Transfer to Non-registered Beneficiary (maximum daily transfer limit is HKD1,000,000)
1. Account Transfer to an account within our Bank
2. T/T - Telegraphic or Electronic Transfer
3. CHATS - Local Bank Same Day Electronic Transfer
4. Faster Payment System (FPS) – Transfer to Other Local Bank
5. Purchase of Demand Draft and Cashier's Order

(B) Bill Payment to merchants as below (maximum daily limit can be viewed in the CIB system by Administrator)
1. Banking & Credit Card Services
2. Credit Services
3. Securities Brokers
4. HK Jockey Club.
