Terms and Conditions for Central Head Office Safe Deposit Box – "Rent One Year, Get One Year Free"

1. The promotion period is from 8 June 2026 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2. The promotion shall be applicable to customers who hold SMART Banking Service of Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited (the "Bank") ("Eligible Customer(s)"), including any customers who successfully open, upgrade to, or currently maintain SMART Banking service during the Promotional Period.
3. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customer(s) who successfully applies for renting a designated safe deposit box(es) ("Designated SDB") at the Central Head Office of the Bank for one year will enjoy a waiver of the rental fee for the same safe deposit box in the second year. This offer applies only to applications within the Promotion Period.
4. Designated SDB include Boxes A, B, and C at the Central Head Office of the Bank.
5. If an eligible customer prematurely terminates the safe deposit box service during the first year of the rental period, the paid rental fee will be refunded to the customer on a pro-rata basis. At the same time, the eligible customer's entitlement to the waiver of the second-year annual rental fee for the safe deposit box will automatically become invalid. The refund arrangement does not apply to the waived second-year annual rental fee.
6. Each Eligible Customer can enjoy a maximum of two safe deposit boxes with this offer. If an eligible customer opens more than two safe deposit boxes during the Promotion Period, the discount will apply to SDB with the higher rental fee.
7. The offer is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
8. If Eligible Customer(s) are entitled to the offer(s) in conjunction with other promotional offers, the Bank reserves the right to grant the Eligible Customer(s) one of or part of the entitled offers only.
