Remarks:

• The Spending Period for the Airport and China Railway Lounges Access Service is from 28 February 2026 to 10 December 2026, both dates inclusive. The Usage Period is from 30 April 2026 to 19 April 2027, both dates inclusive.
• The offer is only applicable to the principal cardholders of Shanghai Commercial Bank UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Credit Card (not applicable to Supplementary Card).
• After 2 complimentary lounge visits, any subsequent visit will be subject to a charge of USD 35 (applicable to Airport Lounges) / USD 14 (applicable to China Railway Lounges) per person per visit.
• The spending requirement is calculated based on transactions made with the same card number. All spending must be conducted using the same Shanghai Commercial Bank UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Credit Card to meet the designated spending requirement.
• Cardholders who meet the spending requirement with validated full bank statements will receive an entitlement email and will be eligible for 2x complimentary lounge visits during the Usage Period. The services is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
• In instances where the program is functioning normally, cardholders are required to finalize their last transaction by 10 December 2026, and submit all relevant bank statements by 31 December 2026.
