Rental Collection Service

Rental collection	Commission is based on the monthly rental collected from each separate unit. (If the rates and management fee need to be collected from the tenant, these amounts are also included in the calculation of commission.)

	A minimum of $300 is charged on each rental receipt. During vacant period, each unit of the property will be charged $300 per month.

Property Agency Service

Sale and purchase of property

A handling fee of $200.00 is payable on date of appointment. Upon completion of the sale and purchase of the property, the vendor and the purchaser each has to pay a commission of 1% on the consideration (minimum commission @$4,000.00).

Letting of property

A handling fee of $200.00 is payable on date of appointment. When a tenancy agreement is reached, the landlord and the tenant each has to pay an agency commission of 50% of the first month's rental (minimum commission @$2,000.00).
