Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Project Management Office

Our newly set up centralized Project Management Office (PMO) is now looking for high caliber candidate to join our team to drive and implement the strategic change and transformation as well as spanning impactful projects/initiatives across frontline and internal core functions, from enhancing customer experience, streamlining business processes to boosting operational efficiency, etc.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of transformative projects aligned with corporate strategic goals.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to define / align project scope, objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Provide support to the projects, facilitating interdependence and collaboration when / where needed, including on resolution or remedy as required in a prompt and proactive manner.
  • Prepare materials or deck for management reporting, progress updates for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a robust governance framework and risk mitigation strategies to address operational, legal, or compliance-related concerns.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines.
  • Relevant experience in business transformation / project management, preferably in the banking industry.
  • A proven track record in delivering impactful projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate at all levels and the ability to articulate complex ideas / interdependencies.
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
  • Can-do attitude, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A readiness to question assumptions and a passion to enhance experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
