ECG related functions will cease to be supported and payment instructions will cease to be processed via ECG
The Bank has informed the customers for the above-mentioned arrangement previously. With effect from 15 September 2024, the following "ECG" related functions will cease to be supported and payment instructions will cease to be processed via ECG and the local transfers will be supported officially by Faster Payment System ("FPS"). Please refer below for details:

- Customers can initiate instant5 fund transfer to other local banks via "FPS" through Corporate Internet Banking / Shacom Business mobile App. For details, please view the Bank's notice in late June and early Aug 2024.
- ECG pending scheduled transfer instructions for execution on or after 15 September 2024 will not be processed. If needed, please preset your instructions via FPS.

The Bank will continue to process your payroll instructions via FPS.
- For customers who have not installed / used the new version of Payment Gateway System,
Please contact the Bank to make appointment for the installation as soon as possible. After that, the Bank will arrange to process the payment / payroll instructions via FPS. If customers still have not installed / used the new version of Payment Gateway System (Version 3.0a) on 15 September 2024, the payment / payroll instructions cannot be processed.
