To improve service quality and customer experience, with effect from 2 Apr 2025, the latest version of the electronic identity verification process is now available. You can now register online banking service or reset your password more quickly! Please note that the latest version of the electronic identity verification process only supports the 2018 version of the Hong Kong Identity Card.
