New security feature of "Set Money Safe Limit" is available now
To protect accounts from fraud and strengthen the account security, starting from 1 Dec 2025, customers are provided an option to set up Money Safe limit for both Current account and Saving account, and Fixed Deposit Account. via Personal Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.
Please note the following :
- Ensure sufficient available balance in your account(s)
Please ensure to maintain sufficient available funds to meet your daily and emergency use. The protected funds under Money Safe cannot be used for any transactions including withdrawal, fund transfer, autopay, direct debit authorization, standing instruction, loan or card repayment or payment of bank fees or charges (collectively, “Transactions”). Please ensure to maintain sufficient available balance in your account(s) to avoid any late fees and overdue interest.
- Unlock your Money Safe at branch in person
Once you have segregated an amount to be protected under Money Safe, you are required to visit our branches in person and complete verification procedures to release your funds under Money Safe.
