We committed to keeping your account safe, starting from 12th November 2023, the bank will implement an additional security measures for our Corporate Internet / Mobile Banking. This enhancement will require you to enter a "Captcha" when logging on to the Corporate Internet / Mobile Banking, so as to provide more effective protection for your account against unauthorized access.
When logging on to Corporate Internet / Mobile Banking, in addition to the User ID and Internet Banking Password, you must also enter the Captcha displayed on the page to complete the logon. The Captcha will be presented in textual format on the login page, please input to the designated field to complete the verification process. Please note that the verification code is case-sensitive, thus please ensure you enter it precisely.
How to use?
Administrator / Authorizer / Operator log on Corporate Internet Banking
Customers enter "User ID" and "Password" in Corporate Internet Banking, then enter the text shown on the picture into the "Captcha" field and click "Login". If you want to update the Captcha image, please click "

Administrator / Authorizer log on Corporate Mobile Banking
Customers enter "User ID" and "Password" in Corporate Internet Banking, then enter the text shown on the picture into the "Captcha" field and click "Login". If you want to update the Captcha image, please click "Refresh button". Administrator / Authorizer is then required to input SMS OTP as 2FA verification.
